It may be ducted with fresh air for the occupants or a climate controlled vault for furs, guns, or any valuables.
The unit may be wired for phone, electricity, TV cable, and a security system panic alarm switch.
Compared to cement and with the FamilySafe you only lose 5 total inches
in inside space and have a stronger door.

Working with your contractor, the FamilySAFE will be set the same day your crews begin framing. The contractor may actually frame in the unit in the same day.
